1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PlaySpot ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform or use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, venue owners, and others who access or use the Platform, whether through our website at playspot.in or any associated applications.

2. Description of Service

PlaySpot is a sports venue booking and management platform that enables:

• Customers: To discover, book, and pay for sports venues including cricket grounds, football turfs, badminton courts, and other sports facilities.
• Venue Owners: To list their facilities, manage bookings, track payments, and streamline their operations.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, false, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Booking Terms

4.1 Making a Booking

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address
• You must arrive at the venue at the scheduled time
• Late arrivals may result in reduced playing time without refund

4.2 Booking Modifications

• Modifications are subject to availability and venue policies
• Some bookings may not be eligible for modification
• Additional charges may apply for modifications

4.3 No-Shows

If you fail to arrive for your booking without prior cancellation, you will be marked as a no-show and may not be eligible for any refund. Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension.

5. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
• We accept payments through Razorpay, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets
• Venue owners may accept additional payment methods at their discretion
• You are responsible for any bank charges or currency conversion fees

6. Venue Owner Terms

If you are a venue owner using our platform, you additionally agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your facilities, pricing, and availability
• Honor all confirmed bookings made through the Platform
• Maintain your facilities in a safe and usable condition
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
• Maintain valid licenses and permits for your venue
• Pay applicable platform fees as per your agreement with PlaySpot
• Not circumvent the Platform to accept direct bookings from customers introduced through PlaySpot

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
• Engage in any activity that damages, disables, or impairs the Platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or venue staff

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PlaySpot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Platform without permission
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written consent
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. PlaySpot makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of venue information
• The quality, safety, or legality of venues listed
• The conduct of venue owners or other users
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform

PlaySpot acts as an intermediary between customers and venue owners. We do not own, operate, or control any venues listed on the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlaySpot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Personal injury or property damage at venues
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Actions or omissions of venue owners or other users

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you through the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlaySpot, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Your content or information submitted to the Platform

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
