When you make a booking through PlaySpot, your booking confirmation is delivered digitally through the following channels:
- Email: Instant confirmation sent to your registered email address
- Dashboard: Available in your PlaySpot account dashboard immediately after booking
- SMS: Booking summary sent to your registered mobile number (where applicable)
Delivery Time: Booking confirmations are delivered instantly upon successful payment processing. In rare cases, there may be a delay of up to 15 minutes.

Your booking confirmation will include:
- Unique booking reference number
- Venue name and complete address
- Date and time of your booking
- Duration of your slot
- Facility details (court/ground number, if applicable)
- Payment summary
- Venue contact information
- Important instructions or requirements
3. Access to Venue
Your booking confirmation serves as your entry pass to the venue. Please note:
- Verification: You may be asked to show your booking confirmation (email or app) at the venue
- ID Proof: Some venues may require government-issued ID for verification
- Early Arrival: We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your slot time
- Check-in: Report to the venue reception desk upon arrival
4. For Venue Owners - Platform Access
4.1 Account Activation
When venue owners sign up for PlaySpot's management platform:
- Instant Access: Dashboard access is provided immediately upon account creation
- Verification: Full features are activated within 24-48 hours after document verification
- Onboarding Support: Our team will contact you within 24 hours for assisted setup
4.2 Platform Features
All platform features are delivered digitally and accessible through your web browser:
- Booking management dashboard
- Payment tracking and reports
- Customer management tools
- Analytics and insights
- Calendar and scheduling features
5. Invoices and Receipts
All financial documents are delivered digitally:
- Payment Receipts: Sent via email immediately after successful payment
- Tax Invoices: Available for download from your account dashboard
- Monthly Statements: For venue owners, sent on the 1st of each month for the previous month

9. Physical Equipment or Merchandise
PlaySpot currently does not sell or ship physical products. If we introduce any physical merchandise or equipment sales in the future, this policy will be updated with relevant shipping information.
Note: Any sports equipment, refreshments, or other physical items at venues are provided by the respective venue owners and are not part of PlaySpot's services.
10. Geographic Service Area
PlaySpot services are currently available across India. Our platform can be accessed from anywhere, but venue bookings are limited to locations where partner venues are available.
